Join us this May in the pristine natural setting of Sukawati, Bali at the eco-luxe Floating Leaf retreat. We are blessed to have this exquisite space to call home and immerse in all aspects of wellbeing specifically for women. Over 5 days we will enjoy moving our bodies, time in nature, guided meditations and daily workshops with Sarah and Amanda. We will enjoy the unique energy that comes when like-minded women come together, and share stories and experiences that are truly universal.

Each day will consist of movement, stillness and learning. We will start the day with yoga practices specifically beneficial for women, or by taking a walk through the beautiful surrounding rice fields. there will also be time free for you to relax, rest, read and be still each day. Amanda and Sarah are keen to share the collective passions and information on eating for your body type, cracking the stress code, balancing hormones, finding your feminine essence. You will learn how to tap into your heart wisdom and lead from this life-affirming place within.

We are super passionate about organic , healthy food which one one reason we have chosen to partner with Floating Leaf for this retreat. They have been heralded as one of the best places to eat in Bali with world class chefs serving a mix of traditional Indonesian cuisine and raw, vegan and vegetarian meals three times a day.
The 5-star accommodation is both ecological and luxurious with immaculate attention to detail. You have the option of either a twin share or private room, both with exquisite quality and design.
Sarah Hopkins is a CHEK qualified Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach with a passion for food and wellness. Through her coaching sessions she shares practical and long-term strategies for improved health and vitality. Sarah loves creating delicious and nutritious recipes that are grain, dairy and sugar free, which she shares on her website and blog.

Amanda Noga is a highly qualified and passionate yoga and ayurveda teacher, with a focus on womens health and a knack for bringing together inward reflection and playful exploration of the body, heart and mind. Through her retreats, workshops and private tuitions she bridges the gap between ancient Vedic wisdom and modern life.

Before I came to Sarah my mood and energy were so low, I was beginning to feel depressed, I didn’t feel healthy, and continuing weight gain had become a concern. Within 6 months my life has turned around. I’ve lost 10kg and I now have a waistline I can be proud of. Whilst the journey wasn’t always easy, Sarah was there with me every step of the way providing support, guidance, and encouragement, and I wouldn’t have been able to get where I am without her. Losing the weight has boosted my confidence and the changes I’ve made to my diet have greatly assisted with improved digestion and bolstered my energy and mood. I feel like a completely different person, inside and out. Coming to Sarah has been the best thing I’ve done since having kids, she’s helped me get my life back on track, and dark chocolate has now become my best friend.
IM A BEGINNER YOGI, CAN I COME?
Absolutely! Whether you are new to yoga, this is your first ever yoga retreat or you're a junkie for this stuff, you will have a nourishing and rich experience. All levels are welcome and everyone will be fully supported in their yoga journey.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
We understand that life sometimes throws curveballs, we can offer you a full refund if required up to 3 months prior to the retreat. The places are limited and refunds after this point will not be possible. In the case that you are unable to join us, you can gift or sell your place to a friend or family member.
I'M SUPER PICKY ABOUT FOOD.....
Awesome. So are we. whether you're vego, gluten free, dairy free or anything else, there are heaps of options here. The food will be beautifully healthy, clean and fresh. ALL of our meals will be ayurvedically balanced, vegetarian and gluten free. Please let us know if you have any food requirements or health challenges that you are concerned about.
DO I ORGANISE MY OWN FLIGHTS AND TRANSFERS?
Yep, you can book your own flights, and we can hook you up with an awesome travel agent if you like. You can fly directly into Denpasar and if you would like us to arrange an airport transfer to the retreat centre, no problem. Just send us an email with your flight details.
