Yoga Lifestyle Coaching is a way for you to achieve bountiful health and wellness - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It is an approach that places you at the centre, focusing on your strengths so that you can create a life that aligns with your values and desires.

The practice of yoga is a rich and diverse path that explores physical postures, breath work, philosophy, meditation and a slew of other positive avenues for finding contentment, acceptance and presence in daily life. Coaching is about working one-on-one with someone (me!) who can help you to get clear and stay accountable to the intentions and goals that you set.
Yoga Lifestyle Coaching is a method that brings all of the offerings of yoga together in a one-on-one coaching environment. It is spiritual, it is authentic and it is all about you.

- Movement, including yoga poses and sequences.
- Breath work. Exploring traditional yogic breathing (pranayama).
- Meditation, bringing stillness and silence into your life.
- Mantra and the power of chanting.
- Intention setting and working with affirmations.
- Journalling and other self-reflection exercises.
- Visualisation and transforming negative thought-patterns.
- Yogic philosophy and the application of the 8 limbs of yoga.
- Kriyas and other cleansing techniques that may be beneficial to you.
- Diet and daily lifestyle choices, including exercise and sleeping patterns.
- Energy work for healing and releasing blockages.
There is no set game plan. Your life and circumstances are unique.
