Join Amanda Noga and Marc Laws for this 3 hour immersion into Ayurveda and how we can link our yoga practice and life practice. We will cover the basics of Ayurvedic theory, discover our individual Dosha constitution and then apply that knowledge to our yoga flow, guided by the 3 key principles of the manifest world - Rajas, Tamas and Satva. Both yoga and ayurveda are designed to restore balance on all levels of body- mind and optimise the flow of prana for more vitality and sustainable energy! You will come out of this class with a practical framework for navigating food choices, lifestyle practices and a whole new perspective on how your yoga flow can enhance and harmonise how you feel each day.
