This workshop is an invitation to explore moving beyond familiar shapes + form. This practice is an way to reconnect to the intrinsic, pre-cognitive ways that our bodies want to move. For hundreds of years, across many cultures - including our own, free form movement and dance has been systematically and socially shut down.
This is an opportunity to shake off any habitual holding and return to the natural, joyful expression of YOU! We will melt any rigidity or hard edges with vinyasa flow that will gradually coax the body to open and the mind to get out the way.
If you are feeling the urge to move with abandon (or if this idea totally freaks you out) this is for you. Think sweet beats, safe space and just the right amount of structure to experience real Freedom!
