Winter can be an incredibly rejuvenating time, if we know how to harness the power of this season. Join yoga and ayurveda teacher, Amanda Noga for this special workshop where we will experience two styles of yoga to support winter bodies and learn ayurvedic principles for diet and lifestyle during this season. We will begin with a Fire Flow 45 minute yoga practice and guided meditation. Then we will enjoy a warming ayurvedic tea and discuss appropriate self care for winter, the power of seasonal eating and how to modify your exercise and schedule for optimal winter wellbeing. To finish off we will marinate in a restorative, yin yoga practice with an emphasis on grounding and connecting to our inner guidance. This workshop is open to all levels of experience!
