Join Amanda, Claudia and Sara for this 3hour exploration into elemental vinyasa, SUP yoga and meditation. The elements that make up our planet - earth, water, fire + air - are the same stuff that makes up our bodies. With this understanding we can harness the power and qualities of the elements to create greater harmony and 'flow' in body and life.
Through the afternoon we will move through dynamic Fire flow, then we take to the Water with our SUP boards and return to land with an Earthy meditation - All so you can experience first hand each element FEELS like in your body; we will breathe, write, reflect and meditate.
