Practise the Ayurvedic self massage technique, Abyungha and discover how this benefits different layers of physical and subtle body and why the nervous system loves it. We will also look at yogic diet vs. ayurvedic diet, seasonal eating, why preparing your food with intention is key and share recipes and finish with a guided meditation related to the Summer season and balancing pitta dosha.
