I had an instant affinity to this teeny boutique cafe from when they first opened last winter. Like, Alchemy, they are in a tiny space, tucked away and simply keen to share what they love with our budding community. And, boy, can you feel the love, Flora & Fauna is all heart, headed up by the gorgeous Allison and Abel, it's clear they adore creating beautiful food, and are smitten with the locals that frequent their sunny shop.

And to top it all off, it's 100% vegetarian (it makes me so happy to look at a menu and want everything on it!) and because everything is made in house there is loads of options for gluten free, dairy free, sugar free etc. It's my fave place to take friends and sit in the sun, there is no compromise on taste or interest just because it's vego. The best bit is, there is fresh flowers EVERYWHERE, to purchase and decorating the plate, the table, her hair...

Over the last year they have blossomed into offering a full blown all day brunch menu My faves are the Goji Superfood Muesli and the Herby Smashed Avo (pics below) Oh, and the homemade Oreo cookie is freaking to die for. They have loads of fresh juices, quality teas, awesome coffee and raw treats too. Needless to say, if you want a post yoga brekky to keeping you buzzing with vitality all day, this is the spot. Come soak up the good vibes, green juice, smiles and sunshine!
