I have loved having the opportunity to study with Amanda during this course. Her wisdom and depth of understanding means that she can teach in such a clear, simple and profound way and her feminine approach is illuminating, nourishing and, most of all, useful. “The biggest takeaway for me is the cycles, especially the Ayurvedic clock.
These forces have always been at play but I didn’t understand it, now I’ve been shown it there’s no going back.
I’m looking at things I’ve been struggling with in a new light. I’ve just been expecting the wrong things at the wrong time in a cycle, (day, month, year, the whole shebang).

I did Amandas’s Paths To You program in 2020 at the start of what has continued to be a crazy time. “I loved having the Ayurvedic knowledge (nutrition, cycles, constitutions etc) available alongside the yoga practices. It was so useful to have guidance like: if you enjoyed this yoga practice, you may be interested in learning about... and providing the link = awesome!
I also loved the themes of the yoga practices. Like the 7 sankalpa series, that we also did at the 2016 India retreat.
I still use the altar cards Amanda gave us.
I found it useful to have a variety in yoga practice lengths, as a Mum I’d typically be looking for something between 20-45 mins and it was great to have these options.
